Among his many other talents, General Colvin is also a skilled trainer and professional educator with more than 30 years of teaching experience. He taught leadership and basic officer courses at the Pennsylvania National Guard Military Academy, its Officer Candidate School, and served as Chief of Tactics for over 20 years.
