Lieutenant Colonel (Ret) Tim Dwight has over twenty-two years experience in leadership, change management, system thinking and 21st century business processes with both the US Army and the United States Congress.

As an Army officer, Tim served as a strategic analyst for Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich. In this capacity, Tim assisted Speaker Gingrich in the transition of the House of Representatives to Republican leadership following the 1994 election. Earlier, Tim worked as a Congressional Liaison, Chief of Foreign Liaison, and Director of International Initiatives for the National Guard Bureau in the Pentagon.

Following his assignment on Capitol Hill, Tim utilized his change management expertise to successfully reorganizing the National Guard's senior leader conference which was attended by more than 500 high level attendees, including more than 120 general officers.

Upon retirement from the Army, Tim utilized his extensive congressional experience as staff director and team leader of the Congressional Support Staff for the United States Air Force's acquisition programs.

Tim is both a military and commercial command pilot, having logged more than 3500 hours in both fixed and rotary wing aircraft.
