Mr. Hinsdale has
responsibilities in Logistics and Shipping with a major
medical supplier includes managing, maintaining compliance
and facilitating clearance for all imported, exported
and domestic materials and equipment with US Customs
and Border Protection, US Food and Drug Administration,
US Department of Agriculture, other US Government
Agencies and Foreign Government Agencies. He serves
at a Corporate Level on the Customs Trade Partnership
Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) Implementation Team and Customs
Compliance Program and the Importers Self Assessment
(ISA) program. As a member of core corporate management
team, Mr. Hinsdale is the registration point of contact
for US Food and Drug Administration Bioterrorism
Act and US Customs Automated Export System. Mr. Hinsdale
provided direct oversight and coordination of the movement
of hazardous, non hazardous and cold chain shipments.
The approximate value of these shipments regularly exceeds
40 million dollars in one day.
Mr.
Hinsdale retired from the Pennsylvania National Guard
in 1992 as a Captain of Infantry. His service included
a Rifle and Mortar Platoon Leader; Nuclear, Biological
and Chemical Warfare Officer; Company Executive Officer;
Officer Candidate School Instructor and Assistant Battalion
Operations Officer.
Mr.
Hinsdale also has experience as a Warrant Investigator
for the City of Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas,
as a sworn law enforcement officer specializing in fugitive
recovery and as a Certified Emergency Medical Technician,
State of New Jersey, specializing in Mental Health Emergencies.
