Lieutenant Colonel (Ret) John A. Little is a senior operations leader and executive with a successful track record of developing, operating, and leading highly effective and results-oriented organizations/teams across two careers and in multiple corporate settings. Lieutenant Colonel Little retired from the US Army after a 21-year exemplary career as an infantry officer.  During his Army career, Little led and operated infantry and training units ranging in size from 30 to 2,000 personnel worldwide.  
 
Prior to joining Defense Solution’s team, Mr. Little was a senior executive and an officer for a wireless telecommunications start-up company, Ubiquitel, a large Sprint PCS affiliate headquartered in Conshohocken, PA.  During his nearly six years with Ubiquitel, he served as the Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Information Technology and later as the Vice President of Operations and Training.  In both these key executive positions, Mr. Little was a major player and contributor in growing the company. Additionally, he served as the General Manager of a start-up market in Reno/Lake Tahoe, Nevada, and his last assignment with Ubiquitel was as the Vice President and General Manager of the company’s largest market in Central Valley, CA.
 
Prior to joining Ubiquitel, Mr. Little was the Vice President of Operations and a member of the executive management team of Pharmagraghics, an international pharmaceutical packaging firm in Greensboro, NC. In this role, he had full P&L responsibility for large manufacturing facilities in both North Carolina and Puerto Rico.
