Bradley Carle joined the Defense Solutions team in 2009. Mr. Carle has an extensive background in various aspects of the manufacturing and construction industries. He has over 20 years of management experience in the civilian sector. His experience includes operations management, project management, supply chain management, and contracts administration.

Mr. Carle has demonstrated strengths in reducing costs and adding value through implementing process improvement initiatives. He has developed Lean Manufacturing practices for different organizations, as well as hosting Kaizen events for Fortune 100 companies. Mr. Carle’s broad background began in the environment of machine shops. There he earned the practical experience which laid the groundwork and foundation for his knowledge in many aspects of manufacturing and construction.

Brad has worked as a Design Engineer in the wastewater industry. As a former Contracts Administrator, Mr. Carle was involved in scheduling and quality assurance procedures. As he gained expertise in the wastewater treatment industry, he became the Chief Engineer and Sr. Project Manager. In 1995, he moved on to the position of Executive Vice President / General Manager of a sister company. There he directed the manufacturing of highly engineered industrial lubrication/hydraulic systems primarily for rotating equipment, supporting OEMs and government agencies serving the specialty gases, mining and mineral, chemicals, cement and power industries.
Brad has valuable experience in the solicitation and procurement of government contracts, as a long-term contract supplier to the U.S. Navy’s Aegis weapons program.
Mr. Carle earned his Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University, and has also obtained an MBA from West Chester University.
