EXTON, Pa., June 3, 2009 -- Defense Solutions, Inc., an international project management and executive consulting firm, a wholly owned subsidiary of Defense Solutions Holding, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: DFSH - News), announced today that the Company has signed a $750,000 contract to supply pipeline parts to North Gas Company, a state-owned company of Iraq. This contract represents Defense Solutions’ first commercial-based contract in Iraq and an important milestone in our commitment to the rebuilding process.
