Our mission is to assist customers in obtaining Iraqi oil and making Iraqi oil products available to the international market.

Overview
Defense Solutions is positioned to play a major role in facilitating oil contracts with the Government of Iraq.  Iraq currently produces approximately 2 million barrels of oil a day and is working rapidly to increase output to over 6 million barrels of oil a day.  Iraq has the world’s 3rd largest proven oil reserve with 115 billion barrels of oil.  

Defense Solutions is one of only a few American companies licensed by the Iraq Ministry of Trade authorized to do business in Iraq.  Defense Solutions is also an authorized agent to the Iraq Ministry of Oil representing three oil companies and seven oil refineries.  Defense Solutions’ office for Oil Trading in Baghdad is located near the Iraq Ministry of Oil’s State Oil Marketing Organization (SOMO).  Defense Solutions also has established in international group of buyers seeking Iraqi oil products.

Representing a number of oil refineries seeking to obtain Iraqi oil positions Defense Solutions to also supply refined products to the international market.  These products include gasoline, diesel fuel, heating oil, and jet fuel.
