Overview
GSA MOBIS is an easy-to-use IDIQ vehicle designed to provide agencies with fast, affordable access to business improvement services. The GSA schedule greatly simplifies government contracting and facilitates Defense Solutions’ ability to perform government work for those agencies, departments, and military services interested in our services.
Through MOBIS, Defense Solutions’ objective is to provide all Federal agencies with access to the finest management consulting available in the commercial sector.

Scope
Services may include providing expert advice, assistance, guidance or counseling in support of agencies' mission oriented business functions. This may include studies, analyses and reports documenting any proposed developmental, consultative or implementation efforts. Examples of consultation include but are not limited to: strategic, business and action planning; high performance work; process and productivity improvement; systems alignment; leadership systems; organizational assessments; cycle time; performance measures and indicators; program audits, evaluations, and customized training.

Process
The minimum order under MOBIS is $300 with a suggested maximum of $1 million. Single and multiple BPAs are allowed. Orders under $2,500 can be placed directly with the contractor. For orders greater than $2,500, the following process must be followed:
1. Prepare the Statement of Work
2. Send the RFQ to at least 3 MOBIS contractors
3. Review the Schedule Contractor quotes received
4. Select the "best value" contractor
5. Place order directly with Defense Solutions
