Defense Solutions Signs Exclusive Teaming Agreement with DynCorp International, LLC, L-3 MPRI, and Omega Training Group, Inc.
Pennsylvania-based Defense Solutions to Support US Army Requirements for Integrated Logistics Support, Training, and Maintenance for Vehicles and Equipment in Iraq

(Exton, PA) October 1, 2007 -- Defense Solutions has reached an agreement with three major companies, DynCorp International, LLC, MPRI, an L-3 Communications Company, and Omega Training Group, Inc. to support the United States Army Multi-National Security Transition Command – Iraq (MNSTC-I) and the United States Army Security Assistance Command (USASAC), in response to requirements for support services, spare parts, repair, training, maintenance and other required services Fully Mission Capable and Safety Certified vehicles and equipment on behalf of the Iraqi Security Forces (ISF).

Defense Solutions Chief Executive Officer, Colonel (Ret) Timothy D. Ringgold, Ph.D., DynCorp International Government Services President, Major General (Ret) Robert Rosenkranz, MPRI Senior Vice President, General (Ret) William Kernan, and Omega Training Group Chief Executive Officer, Ray Kaufmann, agreed to joint terms on October 10, 2007.
