Quality Assurance
Quality assurance and complying with standards and technical requirements are important issues in all areas of production, especially in military production. In Defense Solutions’ manufacturing processes, quality assurance begins with the acceptance of the basic, primary materials. In the repair/overhaul processes it begins with the inspection of the incoming vehicles and equipment and continues with the elaboration of the technological processes and their inherent control operations. The final stages of quality assurance are the standing tests and/or road tests.
Defense Solutions has a special test track to perform a running test of tanks and armored vehicles. The track has various surface, ground and relief conditions to test the performance and maneuverability of the vehicle. Live ranging of the armament, testing of the main gun with a water charge and the machine gun(s) with live ammunition is performed.
