The Defense Solutions Program Management team specializes in overseeing the successful execution and management of multiple ongoing inter-dependent projects. We capitalize on the extensive collective experience base of our staff that possesses the expertise to organize, prioritize, and coordinate critical resources across projects, departments, and corporate entities on an international scale. In the defense and homeland security markets, programs usually require more robust structures and controls because of the significant impact that program failures can cause. Defense Solutions utilizes its Program Management capability for both its internal programs as well as those of our clients.
An illustrative example of this capability is Defense Solutions’ exceptionally successful execution of a program to refurbish and deliver 77 T-72 Main Battle Tanks to the new Republic of Iraq in 2005. This program was authorized by both the US Department of Defense and the Department of State, and the contract was issued by the government of the New Republic of Iraq. The successful completion of the contract also required significant interface with several governments in Central Europe, as well as, with NATO and the Multi-National Security Transition Command-Iraq (MNSTC-I). Defense Solutions exceeded the clients’ expectations by delivering quality vehicles, ahead of schedule, and within budget.
